It's A Mary Poppins Tea Party, Y'all (#28)

The next movie on our list was Mary Poppins. The theme for our evening was British Tea Party, based on the floating tea party scene from the film. I am not a tea drinker, but many of my regular guests are, so I relied on them to provide the tea, kettles, and tea cups. For food we had finger sandwiches. I relied a lot on this website for ideas and inspiration for our meal. For dessert, we had cookies, cake, and scones.

Overall, I would say that this event was very successful. The food was good and created a great atmosphere that tied well with the film.
