To Kill A Mockingbird With Southern Food (#25)

The next film on our list was To Kill A Mockingbird. In this film, there is a scene where a child drenches their food in syrup. This inspired our main dish, which was a ham with a maple syrup glaze. The rest of the meal was inspired by southern cooking classics. It included corn bread, fried okra, and mashed potatoes. For dessert we had latticed fruit pie.

Overall, the food was delicious and fit the film well.
